You woke up late. You have to leave for a meeting in 30 minutes and you have no time to anything else besides getting ready and grabbing something quickly to make sure you have the energy and nutrient you need to get it done.
You have 5 minutes. You have essentials around the house. We got you.
- 1 pack frozen acai (or ice and any fruit)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (we used almonds, walnuts and pistachios)
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- 3 slices canned apricots (or any other fruit)
- 1 pinch coconut flakes
- Blend the frozen acai and milk. Add more milk or water if it freezes.
- Pour the content in a bowl
- Top with all your favorite toppings
- Dig in!
